Privacy policy

This policy covers jvpeak.com, run by JV Peak LLC ("JV Peak", "we"). It explains what we collect on this website and why. Client work under a contract is covered by that contract.

What we collect

• When you contact us: what you type into the form (name, email, store address, revenue range, what you need, your message). We use it only to reply and to prepare for a call.
• When you use the AI readiness check: the store address you enter and the result, so we can improve the tool. We don't link it to you unless you also contact us.
• Spam protection: the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is sending the form. Cloudflare's handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy.
• Server logs: our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

What we don't do

• No advertising or tracking cookies, and no cross-site tracking. The site remembers your light or dark choice in your own browser.
• We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

Where it's kept and for how long

Form messages are stored with Cloudflare and sent to our inbox. We keep them for as long as we're in conversation and up to 24 months after, then delete them. Readiness check results are kept for up to 24 months.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time: email info@jvpeak.com. If you're in Canada, the EU or a US state with privacy laws, you have these rights by law, and we honour them for everyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
